Hello out there, thanks to the research of Dirk Barmeyer (he lives in the area of Pforzheim), a myth has been resolved. There are rare and precious wonderful gold and silver overlay pens, mainly Pelikan pens. These were often declared "overlay by Maenner, Stuttgart"
But no proof was found for this assertion.

This is a beautifully kept 100N model from the 1950´s.
The pen is fully working. The inkwindow is perfect, no hairlines or scratches.
This pen must be one of the last ones made, with a nib already from the Pelikan 400 line, with the nib collar already featuring the two cutouts to be able to unscrew the nib . . . |

La penna funziona perfettamente con guarnizione funzionante. La finestra dell'inchiostro è perfetta, senza linee o graffi.
Il fusto della penna con una bellissima fascetta verde scuro marmorizzata è in condizioni quasi perfette.
