Tiffany Atlas writing instruments, special production of the
Pelikan 800 for Tiffany & Co.This line of writing instruments was made by Pelikan for Tiffany &
Co in 1990. They are no longer available through Tiffany and are quite hard to find (ballpoints have been particularly hard for me to find). The Atlas line was based on the Pelikan 800, and featured caps and barrels made from black or cobalt blue resins with gold plated trim. The instruments are identical to Pelikan 800s, but
have a different clip, barrel band, and cap top. Same Pelikan quality, but with the Tiffany cachet. The cap top features a solid metal gold-plated TIFFANY & CO. inlaid medallion (not a silk-screened logo like the current production Pelikans).
