Description In 1994 Rotring decided to bring out a strictly litited edition of the ArtPen each year up to the year 2000.
Each edition is a unique creation, differing from its predecessors in material and finish.
Each Millenium bears a serial number at cap end.
The cap and barrel are made of hand painted lathe-turned aluminium, covered with a multi layer enamelling process.
There is a wonderful two tone Rolled Gold ArtPen nib with a medium tip.
The pen is fully working, never been used, with papers and box perfectly kept.
