Vintage Pens Tom Tit - Eyedropper, stylographic pen, baby size, BHR**

I do not know anything about who made this pen, and when, just -given its name "Tom..." I had to take it.
However, research revealed, that the full name refers to a bird - a "tit" in British is a small bird.
Looks like the makers followed the Mabie Todd ideas.
